Lime Avenue – Onward Homes

First we had to relocate the occupiers to a temporary property along with any necessary furniture and items before starting to remove and dispose of the existing kitchen, bathroom and store room, then continue with breaking out and excavating the areas to a suitable and structural base.

Remedial repairs had to be carried out before installing suitable foundations along with erecting new walls and laying a new insulated concrete floor. We then proceeded to install new ‘Moores’ kitchens and new bathrooms suites complete with wall tiling, electrical, plumbing, vinyl flooring and decorations.
