ALM Construction Quality Policy

Achievement of this policy involves all staff, who are individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in a continually improving working environment for all. We are committed to monitoring our systems and continually improve our processes to ensure our customers’ requirements are met.

Fully Trained Staff

We establish and utilise Key Performance Indicators and through continual employee development, and the attitude of our team to maintaining a high standard of workmanship, we meet the changing requirements of the industry and maximise efficiency.

Our staff are fully trained in the latest building methods and material technology. We invest heavily in staff training and fund a number of employees through College and University day-release courses. We will continue to do this in the long-term to maintain the high quality we currently achieve.
